The San Rafael Pacifics Baseball Club is owned and operated by Redwood Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC, after taking over club operations in 2013. The ownership group consists of Eugene Lupario (Managing Principal Owner), Steve Allen (Principal Owner), Brian Sobel (Minority Owner), Stephanie Plante (Minority Owner), and Mike Shapiro (Minority Owner) who also serves as the team’s President and General Manager.

The Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs is an independent baseball league based in California. The league is an outgrowth of the North American League — in which the Pacifics were a member in 2012. The league consists of the San Rafael Pacifics, Sonoma Stompers, Vallejo Admirals, and Pittsburg Diamonds.

6/4 — Opening Day, Steve Detwiler hits two home runs at Albert Park in a 3-1 Pacifics victory over the Sonoma County Grapes.
6/5-7/26 — Maikel Jova posts a league record 37-game hitting streak, setting a new minor league record in the process.
8/23 — Pacifics sign former Boston Red Sox, Bill ‘Spaceman’ Lee, to a one-day contract. Lee pitches a complete game victory over the Na Koa Ikaika in the last game of the regular season, breaking his own record as the older professional to ever win a game set in 2006.
8/26 — The San Rafael Pacifics defeat the Na Koa Ikaika Maui, 6-5, in Game 3 of the North American League Championship to win their first championship in their inaugural season.
