5/21/2024-The San Rafael Pacifics and the are excited to announce Soren O'Connell as their General Manager for the 2024 season. Soren has worked with the team since 2019. The Berkeley native ran ticketing for the Pacifics in 2023 and was their broadcasting director in 2019. "We are super excited to have Soren named GM. This is an obvious choice." says Carter Cromwell Pacifics current press box manager.

Pacifics owner/director Andrew Dunn of the Pecos League says "When the Pecos League first took over the Pacifics we tried to get Soren to take this role, timing wasn't right with, now we are glad to have him and the timing is right now and to have him lead the ship. The future of the Pacifics is bright."

The Pacifics will begin their 13th season of play in their 3rd league. They have won six championships in the three different leagues including 2023 Pecos League Championship.
